Before converting text to outlines, this script duplicates all text objects to a hidden, locked backup layer. This means you can always recover the original editable text even after outlining. The script handles point text, area text, and text on paths. It also logs every converted text frame with its original font, size, and content to the JavaScript console for reference. Essential for print-ready files where fonts need to be outlined but you want to maintain editability for future revisions.
